Read how it is billed

A paid feature can be a one-time purchase, charged per use, or a subscription. Which one it is gets described at the moment you buy, so read that line before you confirm.

Know when it repeats

A subscription is a recurring payment. It keeps charging at the interval you picked until you end it, not when you stop opening the app.

Cancel where you paid

If you subscribed through an app store, cancel there. Uninstalling the app ends your use of WHO, but the payment is something you stop with the store yourself.

Refunds follow store rules

Free Does Not Mean Unmoderated

A free call on WHO runs under the same rules as every other call. Automated filters run on every video chat and flag what they can, and the moderation team reviews every report that comes in. Next, Block and Report sit on screen in every conversation, so leaving a bad match never depends on whether you have bought anything.

Three things get a WHO account suspended for good: harassing anyone in a video chat, abuse aimed at who a person is, and being under age. You confirm your age before your first video chat, and those suspensions are permanent.
